Off to Flagstaff

So my buddy, Steve, has a party before Halloween every year. This year my wife and I are going to actually attend and should be fun to see my old friends again. Last year we went to a Haunted House thing for my moms Hawaiian Dance group (Halau) and this year the kids will go with my rents and we will go to Flagstaff :-) Last trip to flagstaff was Easter so it will be nice to catch up with some friends.

I downloaded and played GH3 demo a few days this week and I was able to get 5 stars on all of the songs pretty handily, however it didnt let us try out the online battle feature that I am really excited about. This will allow my friends and I to coop and play songs or if we think that we want to "battle" we can do that too. I really wanted to see that game experience as if it is similar to Halo 3 I wonder how "lag" effects the song play?? hmm... Well it comes out tonight and I will pick up my copy tomorrow after I get back in from Flagstaff and get the kidos from my parents.

Guitar Hero 3 Preordered :p

So I took the advice of a friend and pre-ordered Guitar Hero 3. Now this friend, mind you, hasn't gotten passed Freya on Expert but is super excited to do online play :-) as I am too. I might actually like the game after I finish it! There is an interesting song DragonForce that I will certainly be cussing at multiple times as I try to play it.

Here it is

Wow, Did I forget about this place or what?

Yah so I have not been very good at keeping this thing up to date... Oh well. I was introduced to a new site called linked in - www.linkedin.com and whataya know I found some people I used to work with. It is mainly a site to connect with other professionals and find some opportunities but this is like the "Myspace" for adults. I had some fun tonight seeking out old friends and coworkers and I found some.

So other than me slacking for about 12 months what else is new? Well Addision is about 1 month away from being 1 and 1/2 years old!! Brayden Turned three in July and has been taking Tball lessons for the past 5 weeks on Saturdays. He seems to like it at first but his attention changes to the slide at the end of the park which he loves to play on. Ive actively started up school again, thanks to Espie, and I am almost complete with my Associates and then after that my bachelors! Work has been busy the past few months making time just fly by. Other than that nothing too crazy going on in my life other than the occasional news report that catches my eye like this one LINK that makes you wonder... hmmm.

Just because Ive been slacking I will post a picture of the Kiddos :)

And Im using my outlook Calendar now to remind me to at least post something, as I usually have something interesting to say or talk about at least once a week. If you ask the people I work with they may say I have too much to say :-)
