Windows Based 3D Switcher - Free

Pretty cool app I found on lifehacker.com called Deskhedron. Essentially it takes your screen and gives you a multi-view, similar to what Linux has been able to do with multiple desktops for a while now, and its free. Thus far it seems like a good app and seems to work fairly well.
